Shipping Info

To return your product, you should contact us for mailing instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy

We’ve never had an item returned, (and hopefully never will), but in case you ever need to make a return, the window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items may require a 30% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied through PayPal to your original method of payment, within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may not apply the credit to your account for several more days, depending on the terms of your individual bank or credit card account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account to see if the credit has been issued by Rachel Ammons to your account. Second, check your bank/credit card account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company directly, as it often takes some time before your refund is posted to your account's available funds. Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges For Like Items

We only replace items for like items and only if they are defective or damaged when the buyer initially receives the item. Again, the window for exchanging is 30 days from the date the recipient received the purchased item. If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, send us an email at and we will contact you with mailing instructions. If the same item is no longer available to replace the damaged/defective purchased item, seller will offer a similar item or a refund, at the seller's discretion.
